Program Structure
Orientation
The internship begins with a comprehensive orientation period to help you acclimate to the company’s culture, systems, and work environment. During this time, you’ll also be introduced to the program’s objectives and expectations.
Internship Period
After the orientation, you will dive into your hands-on internship, focusing on real-world applications of finance and gaining practical experience. You’ll work closely with mentors and industry experts to improve your skills and broaden your financial knowledge.
Stipend
Interns will receive a stipend upto ₹10,000 per month at the time of practical training. The stipend is performance-based and is dependent on the completion of assigned deliverables, ensuring that hard work and commitment are rewarded.
Job Guarantee
Upon the successful completion of the program, interns will be offered a job guarantee, provided they meet the program's requirements and performance standards. This guarantees that you’ll have an opportunity to secure a full-time role in the finance industry upon successful internship completion.
